Pigeon Spiking, Brighton (opp pier), East Sussex
This below photo represents a large number of property's that we have spiked over the last few years in and around Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing - a common occurrence when pigeons are seeking a warm, weather free retreat to roost they will locate a rear light well as shown in these photos - in practice the best and most inexpensive option is a net capping the roof, however in this below circumstances netting would not be appropriate so hence spikes were installed on every landing point to prevent further problems with these disease-ridden neighbours.
