The picture below shows the damage pigeons can cause. The Customer in question a Large High street store in central London, reported pigeons leaving mess on the ground shop floor, damaging numerous items of stock. With an extensive inspection the pigeons access was located to an old air conditioning unit on the ceiling of the property. Their main access to the ground floor via the air conditioning ducts. The pigeons where vacated or culled and the area proofed before cleaning to destroy any harmful risks. We have continued to work with this high street store in various locations around the UK.
